A new Handel CD from the workshop of Czech musicians

Quite a few recordings of George Frideric Handel's compositions have been published lately; however, when a CD appears performed by Czech musicians, it is always an extraordinary moment and a festive occasion for us Czech Handelians.

Collegium 1704 fulfilled a secret wish for us, and probably for themselves, when they recently recorded the Water Music and the Fireworks Music, two of our Master's most iconic orchestral suites. The recording was published recently. Its official premiere took place at the concert called Royal Firework on February 12, 2025 at the Rudolfinum in Prague, now it is available on the e-shop of Collegium 1704 and at some retailers (at Presto Music as of February 14, 2025 – see below).
