Bronze Casts of the Bust of George Frideric Handel by the Sculptor Petr Novák

Due to a continuing interest in the Handel bust by Petr Novák, shown especially from outside the Czech Republic, it was necessary to launch, in the spring of 2004, the production of bronze casts. The work was commissioned to the foundry of Mr Lubomír Němeček at Brázdim, near Prague. Ordered by Mr Walter Buholzer, a Handel collector from Zurich, Switzerland, the first bust was cast on 8 July 2004.
